What to do at the first symptoms? First of all, rest: it is the best medicine because it allows the body to save energy and therefore fight viruses.

Then you have to drink plenty of fluids, fill up on vitamins and, if necessary, take a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory, such as acetylsalicylic acid, which turns off the symptoms and lowers fever.
