Dark circles, how to eliminate them

A diet based on foods rich in vitamin C and the right night’s rest help to prevent them. And then: a few more tricks.

Gentle cleansing

In bed, a newly raised pillow can promote microcirculation and counteract lymphatic stagnation, responsible for this disorder, as well as bags under the eyes.

Excessive exposure to the sun can also cause dark circles: before sunbathing it is necessary to protect the skin with specific sunscreens and keep the face constantly hydrated, for example with soft thermal waters.

The tricks of makeup

It certainly does not solve the problem from the inside, but an anti-dark circles concealer can help for a special evening.

Dark shades when dark circles are swollen, a slightly lighter color than the skin if they are “hollowed out”.

The best concealers are very creamy, to avoid accentuating any fine lines, and easy to apply.
