What is it
Boswellia serrata is a plant native to the subtropics of Africa and Saudi Arabia.

Posology
At least 300 mg of dry extract per day divided into two or three daily administrations, for cycles of 2 months with short intervals.
Effects
During human studies, no noteworthy side effects were observed, except rare cases of allergic skin reactions, nor are interactions with other substances or drugs known.
There are no data on its use in pregnancy and during lactation.
It can be used in children from 4 years of age.
